Cancelled 1 year ago, keep getting charged and they won’t stop!

I cancelled my membership nearly a year ago and I am still getting charged.

I have contacted the company several times and they take their time responding so I can keep paying them.

I am going to ask again publicly - can you stop charging me?! I do not want to deal with your company anymore.

Repeated poor service

A shipment last month they put on wrong Custom Codes, causing me penalties.
The latest shipment they mess up the delivery address, I have been trying to get it to me for nearly a week now with Aramex

HORRIBLE!

HORRIBLE!! THEY ARE LIARS!!! SHIPPING CALCULATOR SAID IT WOUKD COST ME 13 DOLLARS AND THEN THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 38. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

Recently signed up with MyUS - not good!!

I have recently signed up with these guys and not impressed at all. I used to use Shipito years ago but tried these guys due to their courier charges being cheaper. My experience so far:-
Ordered 2 items that arrived same day (1.5 hours apart) to MyUS - based on the tracking. Within 1 day I received an email from MyUS saying one package had arrived. 5 days later, still nothing about the 2nd package. Have logged a ticket and they asked for the tracking # and I’ve heard nothing since - that’s another 3 days. So my first experience with them is looking like they have lost a package but also the fact that 2 packages can arrive 1.5 hours apart and yet one has been logged into their system the other who knows where it is…. Lost…. Stolen…. Sitting in a corner… So nearly 2 weeks and I can’t ship my parcel(s) yet. Will not be using them again!!!

Scam artists

It's way too expensive of a service (costs more than the item to ship), takes way too long to actually ahip to you (I order products from the States all the time, and it never takes months), and worst of all, they make memberships extremely difficult to cancel! I wanted to avoid long distance phone calls, whatsapp calls are unavailable, whatsapp text/chats lead to frustrating interactions with AI ending the chat if you don't respond within 5 mins, I tried to cancel via email, they didn't follow through, and then they refused to refund me for the 5 months I didn't use the service and had been charged due to their inadequacies! Stear clear! I'll be sticking to my-American-address-type-businesses that are WAY more cost effective and wonderful to deal with. What scam artists these guys are.

It’s not that bad how others describe

I had an issue with values and waited more time for an email response but then got my response faster via WhatsApp. I’ve already thought I won’t receive my package, but it’s shipped now 😮‍💨

They can be a little slow in responding…

They can be a little slow in responding to questions but they do get you answers. I find the paid membership uncalled for since they already make money on the shipping. Overall, they are reliable and use good carriers like DHL for international shipments. Their prices are better than most other companies. I cannot recommend the paid membership and using their international shipping assistance service can get expensive. I suggest using MyUS with DHL and allow DHL to handle customs issues.

This is by far the worst experience…

This is by far the worst experience I've had with a service in my whole life. They decided to put the wrong value to the products I bought on Amazon, making me pay 3x the actual taxes I needed to pay. After that, they left me hanging for a month+ (still counting...) and I haven't received my products. And all they tell me is that they cannot get in touch with Fedex, and Fedex tells me they cannot get in touch with them. So at the end, I ended up paying for the whole service and till this day I haven't received the products I bought. Worst, I cannot do anything cause Amazon already shipped the package to MyUs warehouse. The saddest thing is that I ordered medicine, and even though it was an urgent matter, they're not doing anything to help me.

Ms Rachel from myus is the worse she said items will all be cancelled if not available and doesnt allow substitutions even the customers requested. Please if there is someone here, please make a complain about the attitude of this agent. Because of this, me and my friends will leave myus, we are 10 loyal members and we will leave because of this agent. She requested the order processor to cancel order and wont allow substitutions

some years ago, we got notifications and alternatives to choose from before they shipped our packages.

Will Not Use This Company Again! Do Not Recommend.

I had only just became a member to order jeans from GAP USA and ship to the UK. Unfortunately the order was sent in two shipments to MyUS.com. There was no option to pay additional or upgrade for the shipments to be consolidated. So I was charged more in MyUS.com shipping for two packages to the same address than the actual purchase price of the items. Absolutely ridiculous! I do not recommend nor would I use this company again.

Read and heed the reviews oh MyUS.

My first package into MyUS is a disaster. Here are the points:

1. They REQUIRE a product invoice for every package. Even if you got a gift from a friend or it's something bought long ago. So you have to try to hunt down your invoice and if you can't fine it, tough luck. They won't send it.

2. After the delivery of the package to MyUS, it takes them up to 5 days for them to process it so you start the processes of sending the package to you.

3. If you do any variation to the shipment, in my case splitting the package to 2 packages, it takes up to 2 WEEKS for them to process that.

READ the reviews on here. I wish I did before I started using them.

Added note: After over a week of waiting, I canceled the overseas shipment and had the packaged shipped to a competitor who does not put you through these hassles mentioned above. I was attracted to the cheaper shipping fees but it costed me $50 extra for the mistake of trying MyUS. Bottom line, READ THE REVIEWS ON TRUST PILOT!

I have never been more upset with a…

I have never been more upset with a courier service. I specifically mentioned budget shipping and instead I got express shipping, the most expensive type of shipping. They don’t bother confirming it with you even if the shipping will cost $170 or more. It’s so upsetting.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE OF NOT CHECKING AND NOT TAKING THE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY.

They won't let you choose the cheapest shipping option, so THEY will select "the best" carrier, which leads to exorbitant rates.
They also charge a 100% tax on top of that.
Then you have to pay customs, tax, fees in your country.

My product cost 55 USD and I ended up paying 120 USD for 14 day delivery!

I contacted them about the 100% tax mark up, NO response ever.

IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.
NEVER AGAIN!

Do NOT use this company

I recently moved abroad and was searching for a service to ship things that I normally order in the US. I thought MyUS looked reputable. But I was wrong. (I wish I had read the many reddit posts warning against using them!) They shipped items without properly labeling them for import and so they were returned. Now they're refusing to refund the $98 in shipping that I paid as well as the import fees that I pre-paid. So now I'm out over $400 in total and still don't have the items that I ordered. It's a horrible experience. They don't know what they're doing. Go elsewhere for your expat shipping needs!

myUS is the best option

This is a serious service where you are required to inform yourself and read. Pretty much everything is automated. If you don't, you will end up paying something that you do not need like taxes.

Do not let them handle taxes for you, do it yourself.

They don't work over weekend so you won't be able to ship on Sunday, other than that everything is OK.

MyUS is the best option online, do not trust those people who left 1-3 stars, those are mostly people who misunderstood what they are paying, or have checked few extra options that they do not need.
